Founded in 1995 and credited as the birthplace of natto soup curry. The signature natto-minced-pork-vegetable bowl binds ground natto, okra and mushrooms into a texture that is neither soup nor roux — the origin of the 'Pulupulu' school. Thirty years on, the faithful still line up.
