Editor's Note
GARAKU's sister shop at Minami-2 Nishi-1. It inherits GARAKU's dashi-rich soup, then layers on a secret 'jan' paste made from eight kinds of dried fish flakes and minced pork — a combination you won't find elsewhere. Fully customizable: three soups, forty spice levels, toppings and two kinds of rice. Usually a shorter wait than the main shop.
