'It's dashi, more than curry' — a kappo-style dashi soup curry shop in Tanukikoji. The stock is drawn overnight from Rausu kombu and Rausu salmon flakes, and the signature main is a whole dried flounder, unheard of in soup curry. Around ten kinds of Hokkaido vegetables, many from the shop's own pesticide-free farm, complete a bowl that is unique in the city.
