A 40-plus-year Tanukikoji institution, opened in 1982 by a chef trained at Tokyo's famous Delhi (est. 1956). The signature Kashmir curry is jet-black from caramel and sharply hot. Choose from four mains and four curries, served by a veteran couple in a tiny, serious room.
