A promising newcomer (June 2024) near Kita-34-jo Station. Chicken stock drawn for six-plus hours with six vegetables — gentle enough to drink straight — and the shop closes when the soup runs out. Zangi fried chicken and wine-braised venison star. Closed Wednesdays.
