In a renovated storehouse at Kita-29-jo (2021): animal-free, gluten-free, low-oil soup drawn from kombu, fruit and vegetables, by an owner who eats 400+ bowls a year for research. Genuinely vegan-friendly. A second shop operates in Yoichi.
