Editor's Note
Founded in 1982 — regarded as Hokkaido's oldest Indian curry house. The base is made without a drop of water: mountains of sliced onions cooked down for 10+ hours, joined by about 23 spices and fresh tomato. The chicken-and-fried-eggplant 'Chicken Baigan' is the classic order.
