Opened May 2024 in Shiroishi by a chef with a decade at a famous soup curry kitchen. Mellow paitan-based soups with mains and soups named after Japanese mythology — braised pork 'Hoton', tender chicken 'Torikai-no-kami', and a 20-vegetable 'Gokokuhime'.
