A Susukino veteran listed in the Michelin Guide Hokkaido 2017. Four soups are the calling card: the original 'yellow', a rich pork-bone 'black', a mellow soy-milk 'white' and a bright tomato 'red'. Order by main, rice size and spice level. The fluffy turmeric rice has its own following.
