Founded in 2001 in a Kita Ward backstreet and listed in the Michelin Guide Hokkaido 2017. A French-trained chef builds the bouillon on fond de veau, and the tomato-red soup with basil became one of the defining styles of the genre. Rice is contract-farmed Nanatsuboshi. One of the shops that lifted Sapporo soup curry into the national spotlight.
