A seven-seat Yamahana legend (since 2002): no MSG, seasoned with Sicilian salt alone. Shiretoko chicken, specially grown Shinshinotsu onions and Rusutsu pork stock go into a purist's soup — famously recommended by actor Yo Oizumi. Lassi with every curry.
