A Yamahana neighborhood favorite of 10+ years. Onion-and-chicken bouillon meets Japanese dashi in a clean, subtly sweet thin soup with sharp spices. Toppings run from shrimp dumplings to okra-natto, and a zero-spice 'mild' makes it genuinely kid-friendly.
