Editor's Note
Descended from the 1971 coffee shop that invented soup curry. Ajanta later split into the Sohonke (run by the husband) and the Indo Curry shop (run by the wife), both keeping the original recipe under separate management — a famous chapter of Sapporo curry history. Thirty spices and Chinese herbs, at Minami-29 Nishi-10. Comparing it with the Sohonke is a pilgrimage in itself.
