Founded in 1999 by Go Ide, one of the defining figures of Sapporo soup curry. Twenty-five spices go into a stock of chicken, pork and beef bones with tomato, simmered for ten hours and finished with the burnt-basil float this shop made famous. Strictly additive-free, built on Hokkaido ingredients. Two minutes from JR Kotoni Station.
