Furano's legendary curry house, founded in 1974 in a log-cabin building. A dark, deep roux of 29 spices and Furano onions; the classics are the house-smoked sausage curry and the cheese omelet curry. Say 'ruu-ruru-ruu' at the counter — the fox call from the drama 'From the Northern Country' — and your roux gets refilled free while rice remains. An essential Furano stop.
