A 2023 collaboration shop in Nishi Ward housing two kitchens: C8curry's vegetable-and-dashi soup curry and Nishijin's waterless medicinal curry — gluten-free, low-oil, built on Sapporo-Ki onions, bonito, kombu and shio-koji.
