A Niseko-Hirafu institution since 1988. Original soup balancing depth and clarity, big ingredients, the famous jako-katsu (small-fish cutlet) topping, 13 spice levels. Their self-made retort packs are famously close to the real bowl. Ten seats, lunch only, closed Tue/Fri.
