Founded in 1998 around the joy of choosing your soup: burnt-basil-tomato, light Japanese, coconut, Thai-style and more. Instead of numbered spice levels, two kinds of phrik kee noo chilies come on the side so you tune the heat yourself. Pet-friendly, at Minami-5 Nishi-13.
