A spice-and-curry bar on Hakodate's bay (in the HakoBA complex), run by a Tokyo-trained chef. Southern-Hokkaido organic vegetables, seafood and meat meet natural wines and craft beer. The name is Hokkaido dialect for 'getting absorbed'.
