A veteran soup curry shop that ran for 24 years in Higashi-Sapporo before relocating to a quiet residential corner of Kikusui-kamimachi, as covered by the Hokkaido Shimbun. Pork-bone bouillon meets a house blend of 15 spices, with whole spices ground fresh each day. Reviewers describe the flavor as clean and low on fat.
