Serving roux curry beside Sapporo Station's underground since 1973. Rough-cut onions cooked down with garlic, ginger and lard make a homey, medium-hot curry loved for 50 years. Ten counter seats, fast turnover, and a Wednesday stewed-hamburg tradition.
