A spice-forward newcomer (Dec 2019) on the east edge of Susukino. Sixteen spices, heat levels from 1 to 200 that gain umami as they climb, Niseko-farm potatoes, and a red-and-black street-art interior. The four-day-cured pastrami dog is the sleeper hit.
