A branch of Esper Ito (short for 'Ethnic Spice Power'), founded in Hachiken in 2008. A light-but-deep bouillon of chicken, pork and aromatics with about 15 blended spices, careful batter-free fried vegetables — and a reputation as the go-to for the natto topping.
